What kind of products do you make?
I create laser-engraved wooden gifts, keepsakes, and event accessories — everything from personalised boxes and wedding tokens to nerdy signs and D&D-inspired goodies. If it involves wood, lasers, and a touch of magic, I’m probably making it!
Can I personalise an item with names, dates, or a custom message?
Absolutely! Most of my products are made to order and can be personalised to make them extra special. Just pop your customisation details in when ordering — and if you’ve got something a bit different in mind, feel free to get in touch!
Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes please, I love working on custom pieces! Whether it’s a unique gift idea, something for a wedding or party, or a special request based on your favourite fandom, I’m all ears. Drop me a message and let’s chat.
How are your items made?
Each piece is designed and engraved by me in my cosy home studio. I use high-precision laser machines, high-quality wood, and a lot of love. Everything is finished by hand and packed with care.

How do I place a custom or personalised order?
You can personalise most items directly on the product page — just fill in the boxes before adding to cart. For fully custom designs or if you’re not sure how to describe what you want, drop me a message and I’ll guide you through it!
Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?
If I haven’t started making it yet, I’ll do my best to accommodate changes. Just contact me as soon as possible with your order number and what you’d like to change.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?
I don’t offer full gift wrapping at the moment, but I’m always happy to include a handwritten note if your order is going directly to the recipient — just leave me a message at checkout!
Do you offer discounts for bulk or wedding/event orders?
Yes! If you're ordering a larger quantity (for wedding favours, party gifts, corporate bits etc), I can often offer a discount. Just get in touch with what you need and I’ll work out a quote for you.
🕒 Processing & Shipping 🕒
How long will my order take to make?
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3-5 working days, but during busy periods (like the run-up to Christmas) it might take a little longer. If you’re in a rush, just drop me a message and I’ll see what I can do!
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your item is made, it’ll be packed up and sent via Royal Mail. I post most days, so you won’t be waiting long! I’ll let you know when it’s on its way.
How are your items packaged?
Your order will arrive snug and safe! I use sturdy packaging and recyclable materials wherever possible. Cake toppers come in clear cello bags and board envelopes, while engraved gifts are wrapped to protect the wood and posted in boxes or padded mailers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I do! I'm based in the UK but happily ship worldwide 🌍 Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location — you'll see options at checkout. If you're ordering a larger item or have any questions about international delivery, feel free to message me before ordering and I’ll be happy to help!
How can I track my order?
If your order was sent with tracked shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you once it's dispatched.
📦 Delivery Issues 📦
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If it’s been longer than expected, please message me with your order number and I’ll look into it right away. Occasionally Royal Mail likes to take the scenic route, but I’ll always do what I can to help.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — help!
Oh no! I'm so sorry if something’s not right. Please send me a message (and a photo if possible), and I’ll sort it out as quickly as I can. Your happiness means the world to me.
🔁 Returns & Cancellations 🔁
Do you accept returns?
As everything is made to order and often personalised, I can’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. But if there’s any issue at all, please get in touch — I’ll always try to make it right!
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, as long as I haven’t started making it yet. After that, it depends on how far along your order is — but message me and I’ll see what I can do.
What if I’m not happy with my item?
I always want you to be delighted with your order. If something’s not quite right, please reach out and I’ll do my best to fix it.

Do you offer a loyalty or rewards programme?
Yes! You can collect points every time you shop, which can be redeemed for money off future purchases. Just make sure you create an account to start collecting!
